SKW Schwarz receives nominations in the Trademark and Copyright & Design categories. Attorney Dr. Daniel Kendziur is nominated in the category Soft IP Practitioner of the Year. These nominations reflect our leading position in IP law and underline our ongoing commitment to effectively protecting and defending the interests of our clients.

The prestigious Managing IP Awards have been recognizing outstanding achievements in the field of IP law in over 50 jurisdictions for 20 years. The research and selection process is based on an independent analysis by experts who collect extensive data from law firms, IP practitioners and their clients by means of interviews, emails and online surveys. Publicly available information such as court and IP office files are also included in order to precisely assess the significance and relevance of the individual cases.
